It is not therapy or consulting. It is a forward-focused partnership built on curiosity, reflection, and trust.
Each session offers calm, focused space to slow down, think deeply, and move forward with clarity.
After our discovery call, you can choose the pace, depth, and format that suit you best.
Some clients prefer a single session to focus on a specific question or decision, while others choose a six-session package to explore broader themes and create lasting change.
Sessions are 60 minutes long and can take place online (Zoom, Telegram, WhatsApp) or in person in Edinburgh.
Current rates are ยฃ40 per session or ยฃ200 for six sessions.
These are introductory rates while I complete my certification with Animas Centre for Coaching and may change as my practice evolves.
All sessions are confidential and available in English or Greek.

I was drawn to coaching because I've seen how powerful it can be to have a space where you feel fully heard and supported to think things through.

My coaching style is gentle but focused. I bring calm structure to our conversations, asking questions that invite deeper thinking and fresh perspectives.
You'll find that sessions have both openness and direction: time to explore freely, and support to move forward with what feels meaningful and authentic to you.
I believe growth happens when we slow down enough to listen to ourselves.

Before we begin working together, we take a moment to agree on a few simple principles. These help us create clarity, trust, and a supportive partnership from the very start.
| What Coaching Is | Coaching is a calm, reflective space where you can think out loud, explore what matters, and find new clarity. I will not advise or direct you. You stay in charge of your choices and pace. My role is to support your thinking with presence, curiosity, and gentle structure. |
| Confidentiality | Everything we discuss remains confidential. Because I am currently training with Animas, I may ask for permission to record a session for supervision. This is always optional and agreed at the start. Recordings are stored securely and used only for learning. |
| Your Role | Come as you are: open, honest, curious, and willing to explore what feels important. You take responsibility for any actions or decisions. If you are also working with a therapist or medical professional, please make sure coaching complements that safely. |
| My Role | I will offer a calm, grounded space where you feel heard and supported. I will ask thoughtful questions, reflect what I notice, and hold the session with care, presence, and professionalism. |
| Sessions and Structure | Sessions are 60 minutes, held via Zoom, Telegram, WhatsApp, or in person in Edinburgh. We begin with a simple check-in, focus on what feels most important, and close with space to reflect on insights or shifts. |
| Rescheduling | If you need to rearrange, please give 48 hours notice. Missed sessions without notice may be charged. |
| Your Commitment | You can choose a single session or a six-session package. You are free to pause or stop coaching at any time with 48 hours notice before the next session. |
| Full Agreement | If you would like to read the full written coaching agreement, including the signature section, I can share it with you before we begin. |
